The 100% Project recently launched their Australian based research findings on Leadership Quotas.
Across the globe, and here in Australia, gender quotas are widely discussed as a solution to the low representation of females in leadership roles within organisations and in politics. Opinions about quotas are diverse and mentioning them can lead to tense discussions. But… Why is it that quotas evoke such strong reactions? And just what percentage of Australians support gender quotas?
Together with The 100% Project, I have started to create a series of video interviews as a way of continuing this important discussion. Feel free to share this first video with Richard Dent OAM, Chief Executive of Leadership Victoria as an introduction to meetings in organisations and groups.
