Make your new Facebook business pages stand out.

On 30 March the look of your Facebook business pages will change whether you like it or not. On the other hand, if you don’t have Facebook pages for your business now is the perfect time to set one up.

The old tab system will disappear and you’ll be left with a timeline and a cover photo. The timeline is designed to make sure that you are constantly updating your status information. This is great because it allows you the opportunity to take your business to a new level. The best way of achieving that is to create albums of photos. These must be relevant to your business for now and in the past.

How does that work? You have the advantage in the timeline to backdate your photos and information. This can brighten up your Facebook page and if you don’t have original photos, (not knocked off photos from other websites) then I can create a series of photos of and about your business.

The photo at the top of the page is called the Cover Photo and that’s what it has to be. No writing, offers, special deals or your phone number or website address. The best way to stand out is for me create a unique photo in the right size that will establish you as an industry leader. The same Cover Photo can be used on your website, emails and any brochures or advertisements.

“I worked with David when we were developing our company promotional material, his approach was great, he worked efficiently and without intruding.

We ended up with great shots of our team in our own work setting. They were creative headshots and aligned with the feel we wanted to portray.

I was so impressed with the way David worked and the outcomes he achieved, that I got him to come and take some family photographs for us over Christmas, whilst we had relatives from the UK staying with us. These were beautiful, really capturing the character of our family, and it was such an easy exercise! “
